Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM/9AM to 5PM PST

About The Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will be handling multiple financial reporting and analysis tasks concurrently. You will be responsible for reviewing commission reports, expense reports, and receipts, utilizing a basic P&L and financial understanding of revenue, reconciliation, and contribution margins. This role is essential to creating and maintaining advanced tracking systems and conditional formatting heavily within desktop Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle multiple financial reporting and data tasks simultaneously while prioritizing workload and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Support, maintain, and optimize internal financial tracking systems and models to ensure smooth operations.
• Validate and review commission reports, expense reports, and receipts for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Ability to quickly create advanced tracking systems and conditional formatting heavily within desktop Excel
• Manage P&L-related data to ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of revenue, contribution margins, and financial records across systems.
• Coordinate with team members to gather financial data and build PowerPoint presentations, ensuring alignment and clarity across departments.
  
  

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2–4 years of proven experience in financial administration, financial analysis, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated expertise in accurately managing, reviewing, and processing commission reports, expense reports, and invoicing workflows.
• Prior experience collaborating with or working directly within a US-based organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and maintain tracking systems using complex formulas and conditional formatting.
• Working knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management platforms to organize financial workflows and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strict commitment to maintaining precise and accurate data entry and financial records.
