ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Record information such as accrual, deferral, reclass, and interdepartmental entries into the company's accounting ledger and perform account analysis to make sure that entries and balances are correct.
• Fix any validation error identified by the system vs the Hyperion schedule.
• Prepare the quarterly budget of the Company and input the final budget in our reporting system.
• Prepare the following manual/system financial reports:
• CSA Revenue
• Revenue Reconciliation Template
• Hyperion Schedules
• WIP Aging Schedule
• WIP Exemption Request Template
• International Tax Examination Datasheet (ITED)
• International Entity Information Requests (IEIR)
• Schedule 53 Template (2137/Non FSR Liabilities)
• Variable Consideration Template (VCT)
• Consolidated Revenue Report
• Prepare a profit and loss of Kinesso D&T and present to the US stakeholder
• Clearing of Intercompany Out-Of-Balance and prepare the Schedule A/B
• Lead the Account Reconciliation Analysis for Kinesso Philippines and Visiontec

Tax

• Prepare tax returns (VAT, EWT, FT, ITR) for Kinesso Philippines Inc.
• Assist with PWC for the BIR tax audits requirements
• Filing of Tax Treaty Relief Applications
• Compliance with BIR (Books of accounts, notices, letters, etc)
• Alphalists submission and preparation (SLSP, SAWT, QAP, eAFS, etc)
• Proactively provide campaign updates and recommendations to client leads/planners across the network

Audit

• Lead and monitor the audit requirements by the internal and external auditor
• Prepare the confirmation letters by PWC
• Assist PWC in preparation of our Financial Statement

Others

• Initiate and review vendor accreditation submitted in the portal
• Assist SSC in client accreditation
• Updating employee grade in Fiori
• Encoding of freelancer employees in Vantage
• Requesting access for users in GRC
• Other ad-hoc tasks

QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or is a CPA
• 2-3 years of experience in Financial Reporting and Budgeting
• Knowledgeable in local taxation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and online tools (Google Drive, MS Teams, etc)
