System Analyst (Finance Application)

system enhancements and providing high-level technical support across our global infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- System Optimization: Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of internal systems to ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Advanced Reporting: Design and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards using Advanced Excel and Macros to support global stakeholders.
- Technical Documentation: Utilize MS Visio to map out workflows and create comprehensive technical documentation and process flows.
- Global Support: Manage and resolve system-related issues via ticketing platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration with international counterparts.
Technical Requirements
- Automation & Data: Proven expertise in VBA, SQL, and Excel Macros to automate manual tasks and manage large datasets.
- Ticketing Systems: Experience with ServiceNow (preferred) or JIRA.
- Technical Writing: Proficiency in MS Visio for creating technical diagrams and documentation.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within a global team environment.
