Develop comprehensive financial plans and budgets for new business acquisitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PPIC, Engineering, Projects, R&D, Store SBU, and Logistics to gather and analyze critical data for financial projections.
Build, update, and maintain financial models to support new business initiatives and long-term financial outlooks.
Analyze and convert cost calculations and allocations for new products.
Review standard product costing provided by R&D, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current and projected market prices.
Identify cost drivers, analyze variances, and coordinate improvements to address gaps between business plans and actual performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any finance-related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), month-end closing processes, product cost management, cost accounting, or cost management.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting methodologies, including standard costing, activity-based costing, cost allocation, and inventory management principles.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Laguna.
