Brand Manager | E-commerce & Consumer Health Supplements

The company is seeking a Brand Manager to lead operational execution, commercial performance, and cross-functional coordination for a new company engaged in a DTC Ecommerce fast-moving health supplement brand.

The Brand Manager translates strategic objectives into disciplined execution across the organization, enabling the new company to scale in a structured, profitable, and sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business & Commercial Leadership

  • Execute the company's commercial strategy across e-commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada), social commerce, and retail channels.
  • Align pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel strategies to drive both revenue growth and profitability.
  • Monitor overall business performance, including revenue, margins, and operating costs, and proactively protect and improve financial results.
  • Support the development and execution of annual operating plans, budgets, and growth initiatives.

2. Marketing & Revenue Oversight

  • Oversee and spearhead all marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations to ensure delivery on schedule, on brand, and aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Evaluate marketing performance using structured reports and dashboards from internal teams, tracking key metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and return on investment.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to diagnose performance drivers, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve campaign effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
  • Assess campaign concepts, execution quality, and performance outcomes, ensuring that insights are translated into stronger future campaigns.
  • Set clear planning cycles, execution timelines, and review cadences to ensure the Marketing team consistently produces and delivers high-quality campaigns.

3. Planning, Forecasting & Inventory Management

  • Build and manage sales forecasts, demand plans, and inventory requirements across product lines and channels.
  • Balance growth objectives with working capital efficiency by minimizing stockouts, excess inventory, and write-offs.
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns with accurate demand planning and inventory readiness.
  • Work closely with supply chain, fulfillment, and finance teams to maintain optimal stock flow and service levels.

4. Operations, Fulfillment & Customer Experience

  • Lead the company's fulfillment, logistics, and customer service functions through the Fulfillment Head and operations team.
  • Ensure that fulfillment processes, inventory management, and delivery operations are designed to support scale, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor service levels, order accuracy, and delivery performance, and work with the Fulfillment Head to resolve issues, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure that commercial activities, promotions, and product launches are fully supported by operational readiness and inventory availability.

5. Reporting & Performance Control

  • Lead regular business and operational performance reviews, ensuring consistent visibility across commercial, marketing, and operational functions.
  • Set, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators for revenue, marketing investment, inventory, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify risks, delays, or underperformance, and drive timely corrective actions.
  • Take ownership of overall business performance, driving revenue while maintaining target margins and disciplined cost control.
  • Support the development and execution of annual operating plans, budgets, and financial forecasts to ensure disciplined financial management and sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada) and consumer brands; retail exposure (e.g., Watsons or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong experience in performance-driven marketing, including affiliates, paid ads, and media buying.
  • Proven team management experience (minimum 3–5 direct reports), with the ability to lead, structure, and drive accountability.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused, with the ability to operate decisively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
