General Accountant -Treasury
Job Summary
The General Accountant - Treasury will be responsible for supporting the treasury operations of Acquire Intelligence, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, cash flow management, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily management of cash and banking activities, including monitoring bank balances, reconciling bank statements, and preparing cash flow forecasts.
- Process and verify treasury-related transactions, such as wire transfers, intercompany settlements, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Support the preparation of treasury reports, including cash position reports, debt schedules, and investment summaries.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data for cash flow forecasting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems and processes.
- Support audit requests related to treasury activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc treasury and finance-related tasks as required.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in an accounting or treasury role, preferably within a shared services or multinational environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
- Experience with accounting software and treasury management systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
