As a Finance Officer within our Shared Services team, you will be the engine room of our financial operations. Your precision and dedication will ensure that our accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions run like clockwork, providing the stable foundation our global partners rely on.
Your Impact
- Optimize Financial Operations: Take full ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable cycle, from creditor invoice processing and payments to high-stakes billing and collections.
- Master Financial Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of our books by managing bank reconciliations, employee expense claims, and the end-to-end month-end close-including accruals, prepayments, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Elevate System Efficiency: Actively identify bottlenecks and assist in streamlining key financial processes, ensuring our data management and service delivery meet the highest global standards.
What You Bring
- Experience & Certification: At least 3+ years of specialized experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable. An SFIA Level 2 certification is required.
- Education: A degree in Commerce or IT is highly desirable.
- The Toolkit: Strong Excel skills and a knack for data management. You are comfortable navigating service level management and thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail is paramount.
