Finance Officer

We're Hiring: Finance Officer

Join Maybank Investment Banking Philippines as a Finance Officer and be part of a team that supports strong financial governance, accuracy, and operational excellence within a leading investment banking environment.

Location: Philippines

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare month-end reports and financial statements
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support financial reporting activities
• Process payments, collections, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, or related functions

CPA qualification is an advantage

Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills

Experience with ERP or accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks) is a plus

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling financial information

Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities
