We have an exciting opportunity for an offshore Finance Officer based in the Philippines to be part of our team at University of Tasmania (UTAS) Melbourne & Ultimo Study Centres.
UTAS Melbourne and Ultimo Study Centres, operated in partnership with ECA, deliver world-class higher education to international students in the heart of Melbourne and Sydney. Our campuses provide a supportive, student-focused environment that empowers learners to succeed academically, professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Student fee administration, payments and receipting
- Debt management
- Student refunds
- Reconciliations
- Agent commission administration
- Reporting
As the successful candidate you will ideally have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable, student finance or a similar finance administration role.
- Experience with Accounts Payable.
- Experience managing high-volume customer accounts, reconciliations and debt collection.
- Experience working in a finance or accounts role for an Australian organisation, particularly within the education sector.
- Excellent reconciliation and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
