Without functioning as a traditional school, CISTEM supports nation-building by enhancing skills, technology, and knowledge through specialized education and training programs. The organization also focuses on curriculum design, evaluation, and research, along with teacher, workforce, and leadership development to improve competitiveness and productivity.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Quezon City, with opportunities for remote work. The Finance Officer will oversee financial operations, prepare financial statements, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Daily tasks include financial data analysis, budgeting, and working with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals. The Finance Officer will also produce reports and provide insights to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Finance-related tasks and robust Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial insights
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in financial documentation
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and organizational compliance is preferred
