The Role
As our Finance Manager, you will hold a pivotal leadership position. You will be responsible for the integrity of our financial reporting, the efficiency of our bookkeeping, and the professional development of our accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements; provide insights that drive decision-making.
- Compliance & Audit: Enforce strict financial protocols and conduct internal QuickBooks audits to maintain data integrity.
- Payroll & Tax Management: Oversee payroll processing and guarantee that all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.
- General Ledger Mastery: Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping and ensure general ledger accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and guidance to the accounting staff to maximize output and accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance, with significant time spent in a Supervisory/Management capacity.
- Credentials: CPA license is highly preferred but not strictly required for candidates with exceptional experience.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level hands-on experience in Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance.
- Software: Highly proficient in QuickBooks for bookkeeping, audit, and ledger management.
- Attributes: Strong leadership presence, analytical mindset, and a commitment to operational excellence.
