Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance Manager in daily finance operations and team supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor expenses, cash flow, bank transactions, and account balances for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage day-to-day QuickBooks activities, including GL postings, reconciliations, payroll entries, and system maintenance.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, external auditors, and outsourced payroll providers on financial and payroll matters.
  • Track and process government permits, licenses, statutory filings, and related documentation.
  • Identify and support finance process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and payroll information and perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is an advantage.
    • At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably with supervisory or oversight responsibilities.
    • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, including general ledger and payroll functions.
    • Familiarity with government compliance requirements such as business permits, licenses, and statutory filings.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

    Working Conditions

    • May be required to work shifts, including weekends.
    • Able to work 100% onsite
