Role Overview

The Finance Manager will support investment and portfolio activities by managing financial reporting, handling investment and portfolio accounts, and working closely with external advisors and consultants. This role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial discipline across investments and portfolio companies in a PE / VC-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for investments and portfolio companies
• Handle accounts related to investments, including tracking performance and cash flows
• Liaise with external advisors and consultants (audit, tax, legal, corporate finance)
• Support investment due diligence, deal execution, and post-investment monitoring
• Prepare financial reports, management updates, and portfolio summaries
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting requirements
• Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc finance-related requests

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CFA qualification (required)
• Experience in investment, portfolio, or fund-related accounting
• Background in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced PE / VC-style environment
