6-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
With technical competencies in corporate reporting, financial accounting and analysis, and consolidation.
Minimum 3 years in people-management or team-lead role.
Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar software
Strong experience supporting US companies/US clients
Strong US GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
Solid understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles, and audit practices
Must be highly analytical, hardworking, organized and keen on details.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively as well as independently
Ability to prioritize work effectively
Demonstrated ability to think critically and exhibit sound judgment
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and responsibility
High level of customer focus, self-directed and can work with minimal supervision
Superior oral and written communication
General computer proficiency and with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Charts, and Graphs, etc.)
Flexible and adaptable to change
Willing to work in night shifts and amenable to shifting schedule, Temporary WFH.

Job Description
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for US entities
Manage the monthly consolidation of all entities for management review
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies
Coordinate with US controller and other team members on reporting timelines and deliverables
Financial planning and analysis
Ensure proper intercompany accounting and reconciliations
Accounting and reporting in multi-currency environment, including foreign currency remeasurement and translation
Manage the US finance team based in PH (i.e. timekeeping approver, performance reviews aligned with US managers/Controller, acts as primary escalation point for team issues and stakeholder concerns)
Must be able to be willing to help with other various accounting functions as needed
