Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Mandaluyong. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure the financial health and regulatory compliance of the organization. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, developing financial strategies, analyzing financial performance, guiding investment decisions, and conducting risk management activities. The Finance Manager will collaborate across departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and investment planning
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Must be a CPA
• Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
