Finance Manager (CPA) to join our growing retail organization in Cebu City. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is currently holding a Finance Manager position and is ready to bring their expertise into a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead and supervise the accounting and finance team
- Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
- Must be currently working as a Finance Manager
- Strong background in the retail industry
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
