The Finance Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for adding strategic value as a business partner through financial planning & analysis, whilst ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance. The Finance Manager holds the position of Corporate Treasurer for our Philippine businesses. It is a pivotal role in driving strategic decision making through insightful financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, while also maintaining the integrity of financial statements and adherence to internal and external standards.

The Manager oversees two main teams: Financial Reporting & Compliance, and Financial Planning & Analysis. The scope includes accounts payable and receivables, payroll, month-end closing, and internal and external audit preparation, among others.

They will establish policies and procedures aligned with internal and local government regulations, while recommending and implementing solutions that support business objectives. This role will lead a team and support staff in delivering high-quality, efficient finance and accounting services.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in leadership roles under finance and accounting
  • CPA is a must
  • Experienced with PEZA in terms of administration compliance and reporting
  • Practical experience dealing with BIR and audits
  • Experienced with Oracle accounting systems
  • Must have experience with multinational companies with matrix organization
  • Must be willing to report onsite in Laguna
