We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic
Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, developing forecasts, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management and business operations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present analysis to senior leadership
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes in collaboration with accounting
- Manage cash flow and working capital to support operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business cases
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional development and performance excellence

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred)
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS, and best practices
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
