About The Role
Job Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations ensuring accurate reporting compliance and effective financial management. The role supports business decision making through financial analysis budgeting and process improvements while working closely with internal stakeholders and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day finance and accounting operations
- Oversee month end and year end closing and ensure timely financial reporting
- Prepare review and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Manage budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and internal controls
- Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and external parties
- Support management with financial insights and recommendations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
- Lead coach and develop finance team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy Finance or related field
- CPA is required
- At least 6-7 years of relevant finance experience
- 3-5 years experience in people management
- knowledgeable in ERP systems (SAP)
- Has experience in the Retail, FMCG, Pharma or Logistics Industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting financial reporting and financial analysis
