Job Description
The role will bring you unparalleled exposure to the breadth of service offerings provided by the Firm. You will be instrumental in:
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider Firm to deliver reporting / analysis for firmwide finance teams
- Manage performance and provide support, oversight & leadership to offshore Finance Teams. Including offshore Financial Management Team (6 FTE) & AP/AR team. Tasks performed by the FM team include:
- Assisting with Budgeting/Forecasting
- Weekly/monthly reporting
- Bonus / general accruals/prepayment
- Recharges/reimbursements/billing
- P&L journal posting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- WIP/Debtor maintenance
- Income and expense transfers
- Project Reporting
- Annual Charge rate maintenance
- Adhoc Divisional & Business Services analysis
- Execution of simplification projects and implementation of best practice within the Finance function
- Contributing to Ad hoc/Special projects as and when required
Qualifications
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will have:
- Professional accountancy qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 7-10 years accounting experience
- Experience managing teams
- Accounting experience working in cross functional teams and Commercial environment will be highly advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to recommend solutions, challenge performance and influence improvements required to achieve best practice
- Excellent computing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of SAP will be highly advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
