Finance Manager

Job Purpose

The Finance Manager (FM) is the lead finance business partner for the organisation and has

responsibilities covering all aspects of financial management, financial accounting, budgeting, and corporate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial management duties, including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports,and assessing the financial health of the company.
• Oversee the operations which included managing the monthly financial operation, monthly report, Budget and and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Perform and supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards, and manage with cash flow forecasting.
• Advises colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.
• Work closely with HR on compensation and HR related matters.
• Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.

What We'd Like to See

The FM is expected to provide sound financial advice and counsel (on working capital, financing, or the financial position of the business) to the Financial Director as well as the organization's senior management and leadership team. He/she often has a key role in implementing best practices to identify and manage all financial and business risks and to meet the organization's desired business and fiscal goals. He/She is expected to have a firm grasp of best practices towards quality, compliance, and efficiency in finance.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
• Sound technical knowledge of financial analysis and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and writtend communication and presentation skills
• In Depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
• Attention to details
• Interpersonal skill
