Job Description

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any field (preferred Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
  • Experience working in a finance, accounting, or tax-related role will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with Philippine VAT and tax documentation is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage documentation accurately
  • Good communication and follow-up skills with internal teams and suppliers (optional but recommended)

Scope of Work

  • Review invoices, VAT invoices, and official receipts to ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and validity of tax documents received from suppliers
  • Perform proper filing, archiving, and data management of finance and tax documents.
  • Follow up with suppliers for missing, incomplete, or incorrect invoices, VAT invoices, and official receipts
  • Support assigned tasks related to Finance, Tax VAT refund processes and tax audits
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance team, tax team, operations) as required
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments related to finance and tax support as assigned
