Role Description The Finance Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports to support accurate and timely decision-making. The Finance Executive will manage daily finance operations, including monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. The role involves maintaining financial records, supporting audits, and collaborating with internal teams to provide financial insights on TPM services, contracts, and lifecycle solutions. The Finance Executive will also contribute to process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support management with regular financial performance updates.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of financial documents.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other relevant tax and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling tools.
- Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, or a similar role within IT services or related industries is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
