Job Description

The Finance Business Partner for Commercial or Supply Chain serves as a strategic partner to either Commercial or Supply Chain teams, providing financial insights, analysis, and decision support to drive business performance. This role focuses on financial planning, performance analysis, cost management, and operational support, helping stakeholders make informed decisions aligned with company objectives.

The role is designed to be flexible and may be assigned primarily to Commercial Finance or Supply Chain Finance depending on business priorities.

  • Business Partnering & Decision Support: Serve as a key finance partner to Commercial and/or Supply Chain teams, providing financial insights on pricing, profitability, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and evaluating risks and opportunities to support strategic decisions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes; prepare monthly performance reports with variance analysis; monitor financial and operational KPIs; and develop financial models and scenario analyses.
  • Commercial Finance (when assigned): Manage customer/channel P&Ls, evaluate pricing and promotional investments, assess ROI, and monitor sales performance versus targets to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Supply Chain Finance (when assigned): Analyze transportation, warehousing, procurement, and distribution costs; evaluate logistics efficiency and route-to-market initiatives; and support financial assessment of operational improvements.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Deliver management dashboards and reports while enhancing reporting processes, improving data accuracy, and supporting automation of financial analysis tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field.
  • At least 3 years in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or similar analytical roles; experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries is a plus
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting/analysis tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAP BI) and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience in both Commercial and Supply Chain Finance is an advantage
