Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Assistant based in Makati.

Prepare statutory requirements and ensure complete, accurate and timely submission and filing of reports and financial statements

Process invoices, daily transactions and expenses reports

Update, maintain and ensure accuracy of accounting database

Handle day to day accounting duties including but not limited to Settlements, Accounts and Receivables

Contribute to the Company's overall audit readiness

Perform administrative support functions

Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time by the CFO and President. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred

Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and Invoicing

At least 2 yrs of experience

Excellent Communication skills for reporting and coordination

Attention to detail and the ability to handle financial records accurately

Experience in financial technology or payment systems is an advantage

Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
