Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Project Activation and Maintenance:
Modify as instructed the data elements in Project Structure (PS), Grants Management (GM) and Contract Management (CM) before release.
Create and activate projects directly in Wave, specifically those requested by HQ.
Activate projects/tasks in PRIMA and Wave.
Review WBS structure in Project (PPM) module.
Create/update the award within Grant Management (GM) module.
Create/update the contract within Contract Management (CM) module.
Review project structure and modify as required to ensure that specific Donor reporting requirements will be achieved in close coordination with the respective reviewer from the project validation team.
Create/update other related project data objects in Wave such as, but not limited to, the related value sets of project, donor, and award, and the funding pattern.
Ensure integrity of cross-modular data integration (PPM, GM & CM) and correct nomenclature.
Closely coordinate with office, MBS, PIU and ICT team related to project updates and technical glitches encountered.
Project Revision and Maintenance
Initiate financial and/or non-financial revision workflows in PRIMA to update Wave.
Handle task lines change of status (reactivation/deactivation).
Create and/or modify new/existing awards in Wave both for PRIMA and non-PRIMA projects.
Create, modify, and close projects in Wave on a per-request basis. Upon endorsement from authorized officials, inform relevant persons and departments.
Update as required the budget revisions, additional funding and other master data fields including change log.
Ensure assigned tickets in FinCoorP are handled timely, monitored and follow-up/escalations are adhered to consistently.
Perform other administrative, system and accounting functions as may be required.
Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications And Experience
EDUCATION
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience; or
Completed High School Degree from an accredited academic institution, with four years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
Experience in the field of Accounting, Finance or Information Systems.
Skills
Knowledge of accounting systems, particularly SAP/Oracle, and the generally accepted accounting principles and internal controls.
Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office applications.
Languages
Required
Fluency in English (oral and written)
