About The Team

The primary function of this role is to drive strategic projects and lead process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, and seller experience within the FBS program. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure sustainable program growth.

Job Description

  • Support the Program Lead in planning, executing, and delivering high-impact FBS initiatives, with a strong focus on operational excellence and seller experience.
  • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce seller pain points.
  • Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with Business Development, Commercial, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Product teams to drive operational alignment and execution.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives by proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor FBS performance, operational KPIs, and seller experience metrics.
  • Analyze seller behavior and operational data to identify trends, uncover gaps, and recommend actionable improvements to workflows and processes.
  • Drive scalable operational solutions that streamline processes, minimize friction points, and deliver a seamless and efficient seller journey.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve program performance, operational efficiency, and overall seller satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or financial analysis (e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus).
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management, cost optimization, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tackling challenges.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in driving results.
