The team is responsible for how the business grows, from defining investment priorities to allocating budgets across growth initiatives and marketing programs that drive adoption across the marketplace. Job Description
- Define FBS Demand & Awareness Strategy: Shape how FBS is positioned across the Shopee platform to increase buyer awareness and drive demand.
- Translate Business Priorities into Marketing Initiatives: Develop marketing initiatives that support key FBS growth objectives.
- Identify and Activate High-Impact Marketing Channels: Determine the most effective Shopee marketing surfaces (e.g., Homesquare, banners, flash sales, campaigns) to promote FBS and maximize visibility.
- Optimize Marketing Performance: Analyze campaign and placement performance to improve engagement, conversion, and program adoption.
- Build Data-Driven Marketing Insights: Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools to measure marketing impact and inform future marketing strategies.
- Drive Cross-Functional Marketing Execution: Partner with Growth, Operations, and Regional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with program priorities and executed effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, campaign management, or e-commerce marketing preferred
- Proven track record of leading projects that deliver measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign performance analysis
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies based on data insights
- Effective communicator and collaborator—comfortable working across teams and with leadership
- Self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes
