- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- With hands-on experience in facilities operations, with at least 23 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to supervise technicians and contractors across multiple disciplines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated competence in supervising facilities operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring uninterrupted support to production processes.
- Strong technical expertise in critical utility systems including HVAC, cleanroom environmental controls, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, process exhaust, and specialty gas support systems
SALARY RANGE: 25,000 28,000
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
WORK LOCATION: Western Bicutan, Taguig City
