Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
With hands-on experience in facilities operations, with at least 23 years in a supervisory role.
Ability to supervise technicians and contractors across multiple disciplines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated competence in supervising facilities operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring uninterrupted support to production processes.
Strong technical expertise in critical utility systems including HVAC, cleanroom environmental controls, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, process exhaust, and specialty gas support systems
