Job Description

Facilities Manager shall be responsible for the managing and delivery of services for multi-locations across Schneider account in Philippines.

This role involves managing maintenance, safety, compliance, and budgetary aspects to ensure that all facilities meet organizational standards and provide a safe, functional environment for employees and clients. Key responsibilities are:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of all facilities within the region, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop facility management teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee the operational budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective management of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and training programs.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contracts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on facility operations, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
  • Project Management: Lead facility-related projects, including renovations, relocations, and expansions, ensuring Projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align facility operations with organizational goals and objectives. Point of contact for the operations on sites.
  • Any other assignments: The Company reserves the right to assign you with such other reasonable duties and responsibilities from time to time in addition to your normal duties.

  • Identification of business opportunities for JLL with the client.
  • Ensure the KPI targets for the account are met.

Education and Experience

  • A university degree or professional qualifications in engineering, real estate, or facility management.
  • More than 10 years practical experience in property or facility management.
  • At least 6 years of management experience managing a team of technical and operations personnel.
  • Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills.
