Facilities Manager

(Up to 65K | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (IT Park) | 5:00 AM2:00 PM | MondayFriday

This is not a desk-bound facilities role.

You are part of the team that keeps the workplace runningday to day, without disruption.

You stay close to operationswalking the sites, checking systems, coordinating vendors, and resolving issues before they affect employees or clients.

When something needs attention, you act quickly. You coordinate the right people, follow through on repairs, and make sure the workplace stays safe, functional, and ready for business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You support the day-to-day facilities operations of GoTeam's Cebu IT Park sites (I1 and HM Tower).

Working closely with internal teams, building administration, and service providers, you help ensure the workplace remains operational, safe, and well-maintained.

You coordinate maintenance activities, monitor site conditions, respond to facilities concerns, and ensure infrastructure systems support uninterrupted business operations.

This role focuses on execution and operational coordination, making sure facilities issues are addressed quickly and workplace standards are consistently maintained.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

1. Facilities Operations Management

You support the daily operation of GoTeam's workplace environments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day facilities operations across I1 Building and HM Tower
  • Monitoring workspace conditions, infrastructure systems, and equipment functionality
  • Coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring workspace readiness
  • Supporting workplace asset tracking, maintenance, and inventory management
  • Responding to facilities-related requests raised by internal teams

2. Safety & Facilities Compliance

You help maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring site conditions and identifying potential safety or operational risks
  • Supporting compliance with workplace safety standards and building regulations
  • Assisting with emergency preparedness measures and site safety protocols
  • Conducting regular site walkthroughs and facilities inspections
  • Ensuring building systems such as power, HVAC, utilities, and access control operate reliably

3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

You coordinate the external partners who maintain workplace operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with building administration, service providers, and contractors
  • Scheduling maintenance activities, repairs, and facilities service requests
  • Monitoring vendor work progress and ensuring service completion
  • Supporting vendor documentation, service records, and maintenance tracking

4. Facilities Communication & Operational Support

You help ensure facilities concerns are addressed quickly and clearly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to facilities concerns raised by employees and internal teams
  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve infrastructure or workspace issues
  • Supporting communication with clients when facilities matters affect workplace operations
  • Ensuring facilities requests are tracked and resolved in a timely manner

MUST-HAVES

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or a similar operational role
  • Experience working in BPO, shared services, or large office environments
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams and vendors
  • Experience working with building administration, service providers, and contractors
  • Hands-on experience supporting workplace infrastructure such as power, HVAC, utilities, or office systems
  • Ability to manage and respond to facilities concerns across large office environments or multiple workplace areas

STRONG SIGNALS

  • Engineering or technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
  • OSH training or certification (BOSH or COSH) from a DOLE-accredited provider
  • Experience supporting large office floors, multi-shift operations, or 24/7 BPO environments
  • Exposure to DOLE inspections, audits, or workplace compliance documentation
  • Experience coordinating preventive maintenance programs and facilities documentation
