Facilities Manager Facilities Management

(Up to 50K | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (IT Park) | 5:00 AM2:00 PM | MondayFriday

You support the operational rhythm of the site, with a schedule shaped by daily facility's needsstarting early to stay ahead of issues, supporting smooth operations throughout the day, and often finishing earlier when systems are stable, with free onsite parking at I1 / HM Tower.

This is not a desk-bound facilities role. You are hands-on and visible on the floorsupporting safety, coordinating fixes, and helping ensure the workplace runs cleanly, safely, and without disruption.

In 2026, the Facilities Manager is a key execution rolesupporting site stability, enforcing standards, and preventing small issues from becoming operational problems.

You may not be the final authority on everything yetbut you know what good looks like, you notice when something is off, and you act quickly.

As GoTeam continues to scale its Cebu BPO operations, this role is essential to keeping the site safe, orderly, and dependable for hundreds of team members every day.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

1) Facilities & Infrastructure Operations

You help keep the site running smoothly by staying close to the floor and close to the systems.

Support daily operations of buildings, utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-life safety systems

Monitor basic system performance and escalate risks early

Assist in preventive maintenance execution to reduce breakdowns and downtime

Coordinate minor repairs, layout adjustments, and space readiness activities

Ensure workspaces and common areas remain clean, organized, and operationally ready

2) Safety, Compliance & Facilities Discipline

You help turn safety rules into daily behaviorthrough consistency, visibility, and follow-through.

Support enforcement of local occupational health and safety regulations

Conduct routine safety walks, basic risk checks, and hazard reporting

Maintain safety logs, incident records, and compliance documentation

Support fire, earthquake, and evacuation drills

Escalate safety concerns and assist during inspections or incidents

3) Vendor & Contractor Coordination

You help keep vendors aligned and accountableso work is done safely and correctly.

Coordinate with security, janitorial, maintenance, utilities, and waste management vendors

Monitor task completion and service quality on-site

Report service issues, delays, or compliance gaps

Support contract tracking, permits, and vendor documentation

Build working relationships with on-site service partners

MUST-HAVES

  • Minimum of 5 years of facilities experience within a BPO or shared services environment
  • Hands-on exposure to day-to-day building operations and site coordination
  • Working knowledge of basic building systems and workplace safety practices
  • Ability to follow standards, document issues, and escalate risks appropriately
  • Strong coordination skills and comfort working onsite in a fast-paced environment

STRONG SIGNALS

  • Engineering or technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
  • OSH training or certification (BOSH or COSH) from a DOLE-accredited provider
  • Exposure to DOLE inspections, audits, or compliance documentation
  • Experience supporting large office floors, multi-shift operations, or 24/7 BPO environments
