Requirements:
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering
- Preferably with Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) License (Registered)
- Preferably with good English oral and written communication skills
- Safety Officer training/accreditation, an advantage
- Must have at least 1-2 years work experience in Facilities Management in the same capacity
- Must have solid technical expertise in the maintenance, development and operation of various facilities and equipment utilized in a BPO industry
- Must have working knowledge in construction projects & project management
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge on critical equipment like Generators, UPS, Precision Aircon Units (PACU)
- Building upkeep, maintenance and renovation
- Property management
