Facilities Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical and civil works.
• Coordinates with contractors for repairs, renovations and new installations.
• Inspect facilities and ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
• Support construction and fit-out projects with design review and cost estimates.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure timely completion of works.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (licensed engineer).
• 5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance or construction.
• Knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and civil works.
• Proficient in project planning, cost estimation and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for coordination with internal and external teams.
