Role Responsibilities
What will this role be doing in the company
- Facility Operations Support:
- Assist in the maintenance and operation of facility systems (HVAC, power, plumbing, fire safety).
- Participate in preventive maintenance under senior engineers, ensuring all tasks comply with safety and operational standards.
- Monitor mechanical and electrical systems, promptly reporting any malfunctions.
- Corrective Maintenance:
- Support the team in diagnosing and repairing equipment failures.
- Ensure all corrective maintenance actions are documented according to established protocols.
- Data Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and log system performance data (temperature, humidity, power consumption).
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and incidents in the CMMS.
- Prepare performance reports for review by senior engineers, highlighting any irregularities.
- Incident Response:
- Assist during facility emergencies, such as equipment failures or power outages, by following established response procedures.
- Help identify the root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions to restore operations.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
- Support the coordination of external vendors and contractors during scheduled maintenance or equipment installations.
- Ensure vendors follow safety protocols and comply with site-specific procedures.
- Report any issues encountered during vendor activities to supervising engineers.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while working.
- Participate in safety training and drills.
- Report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors promptly.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to continuous improvement programs aimed at enhancing facility operations and efficiency.

Job Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
