Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning to completion
- Supervise and mentor audit team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Review financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, particularly within banking and consulting sectors
- Identify risks and provide actionable recommendations to improve internal controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 6–7 years of external audit experience
- Background in banking and/or consulting firms is highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in people management or team leadership
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
