We are currently looking for an experienced External Audit Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong audit expertise and leadership experience who are looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning to completion
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Supervise and mentor audit team members to ensure quality deliverables
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding audit findings and recommendations
- Ensure timelines and audit quality standards are consistently met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 6–7 years of external audit experience
- Minimum 2 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup.
