Your Role
As a Manager at Equity Labs, you'll be a driving force in our Managed Services team. Your responsibilities will include:

Compensation package
Accounting managers will be offered highly competitive compensation package which includes the following baseline benefits:
- Salary ranging from Php50,000 to Php80,000 per month
- HMO cover upon regularization
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- Bi-annual salary appraisals
Preferred Experience
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Certified Public Accountant
- Overall at least five years of working experience with at least two years of working experience in financial reporting and tax compliance roles
- At least 2 years of working experience in an accounting firm setting handling multiple clients or entities
- Ability to communicate in oral and written English
- Ability to establish rapport with our local and foreign clients
Qualifications (Desired)
- Experience in supervising a team of two to three supervisors
- Experience with US, Australia, Singapore, or UK compliance and reporting
- At least five years of working experience in Big 4 accounting firms
- Knowledgeable in payroll calculations and working with different government agencies
