Experienced Unit Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu for an Experienced Unit Manager. The Unit Manager will oversee and manage a team, set and achieve sales targets, identify and develop client-focused strategies, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with company goals. The role also involves providing mentorship and training to team members, managing customer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to meet sales objectives and exceed targets.
• Solid understanding of the financial services industry, insurance products, and investment solutions.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to evaluate team performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and related software to track and manage processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in a managerial or leadership position within the financial services sector is highly valued.
