You'll support founders, investors, operators, creators, and high-performing leaders.
Location
Cavite Hub (must live within 80km and able to report onsite when needed).
Includes 2 weeks onsite onboarding plus ongoing Hub learning sessions.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and communications
- Drive research and strategic projects
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and content
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
What We're Looking For
- Clear, confident communicator with strong English skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools)
- Available full-time (40 hrs/week), often U.S. hours
- Fully committed (no other jobs)
Compensation & Benefits
Training (up to 6 weeks)
- PHP 30,000 allowance (weekly payout)
- HMO coverage starts week 3
Upon Client Match
- Earn up to PHP 46,000/month (weekly pay)
