Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employee.
- Coordinate training schedules, sessions, and logistics alongside HR and training professionals.
- Help in organizing and maintaining training or learning records.
- Assist in creating engaging training materials such as presentations, manuals, and learning kits.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including data entry, reporting, and file management.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Must be currently enrolled in a university internship program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Creative and have interest in developing engaging materials for training and employee development.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willing to commit to the full internship schedule and hour requirement.
