Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our leadership team. Due to past challenges with VA performance, we place a high priority on professionalism, competence, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for team members

Update and maintain Salesforce records

Conduct online research as needed

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., expense tracking, spreadsheet updates)

Handle routine data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office tools

Requirements

Strong command of written and spoken English

Confident with internet-based research and online tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to perform simple bookkeeping tasks

Highly organized and dependable

Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience working with Salesforce

Prior Virtual Assistant or administrative support experience

Familiarity with working with government-sector or B2B clients
