About the job Marketing Executive Assistant (Reliever)
Key Responsibilities
Managing quotation purchase order, invoice and any financial documents.
Record keeping (soft and hard copy) and organization of important documents and contracts.
Assist in sourcing marketing suppliers and marketing supplies needed for different initiatives.
Help out in Marketing Sustaining projects from time to time and liaise and coordinate with outsource agencies/suppliers, design team and mall partners to implement advertising plans.
Consolidates and helps complete monthly reports, monitoring trackers, and other adhoc projects to the Marketing Manager.
Support the ads & promo team for on-ground activations when needed.
Act responsibly on other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably within a marketing or a similar environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic accounting software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
