- Exceptional calendar, email, and travel management skills, with keen attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive or high-priority information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (12 MN9 AM PH Time)
- Proficient with digital collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining alignment with the CEO's objectives
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in handling executive requests
