Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, manages communication, organizes schedules, and facilitates the efficient operation of the CEO's office in a dermatology-focused organization. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidentiality with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for presentations.
  • Organize and coordinate special projects and events within the organization.
  • Maintain the organization of files, records, and office systems.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming communications and inquiries.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reports.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with the dermatology industry is a plus.
