Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, manages communication, organizes schedules, and facilitates the efficient operation of the CEO's office in a dermatology-focused organization. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing confidentiality with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for presentations.
- Organize and coordinate special projects and events within the organization.
- Maintain the organization of files, records, and office systems.
- Handle and prioritize incoming communications and inquiries.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reports.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with the dermatology industry is a plus.
