We're a fast-growing BPO company looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder during U.S./ international business hours. This night shift role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and travel
Draft and handle executive communications
Coordinate with internal teams and clients
Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
2-4 years of EA experience, preferably in BPO or tech
Excellent English and communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with night shifts and remote tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.)
