Job Description

Remote | Full-Time | The Fidget Game

The Fidget Game is a fast-growing educational and sensory toy company featured on Shark Tank and Good Morning America, and sold through major retailers, schools, and educational partners across North America. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Executive Assistant to support us in daily operations, communication, and workflow management. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves organization, communicates professionally, and can help keep multiple moving parts running smoothly behind the scenes. 

This is not a passive assistant role. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through consistently, and helps create structure, efficiency, and momentum across the business. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support

  • Manage and organize inboxes, including tagging, prioritization, and follow-ups 
  • Prepare daily morning briefs with priority tasks, updates, reminders, and action items 
  • Assist with calendar coordination and meeting follow-ups 
  • Help organize workflows, deadlines, and internal communication 
  • Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to leadership 

Sales & Communication Support

  • Draft and execute sales follow-ups 
  • Assist with supplier outreach and sample coordination 
  • Track shipments, delivery notifications, and invoicing updates 
  • Help monitor retailer requests, marketing requests, and sales action items 

Operations & Organization

  • Maintain CRM updates and accurate data entry 
  • Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and sales tracking 
  • Research and track bid opportunities, grants, and school district approvals 
  • Organize internal documents and operational systems 
  • Help identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Highly detail-oriented and dependable
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRMs, and task management systems

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Previous Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Administrative Support experience
  • Experience supporting sales teams or founders/executives
  • Familiarity with B2B sales, retail, or e-commerce environments is a plus
