Job Objective
To provide support to the Executive office in the various tasks that are necessary in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow process.
Job Description
- Manage and maintain the calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in project management, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management
- Familiarity in data management and analysis.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to report onsite at Southgate Alphaland, Makati or Libis, Quezon City
