Job Description

Job Objective

To provide support to the Executive office in the various tasks that are necessary in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow process.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project management, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management
  • Familiarity in data management and analysis.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to report onsite at Southgate Alphaland, Makati or Libis, Quezon City
